Warranty Policy:

1:after selling out,7 days replace and 12 months' free repair for faulty products caused by poor quality.

2:We don't accept the following faulty products:
A. Default or damaged caused by wrong operation
B. Broken or damaged purposely

Return Policy
All devices are perform QC (quality control) and test thoroughly before the shipment. DOA (Dead on Arrival) devices are rare, while they can still occur. If you have confirmed the DOA issue or Quality Problem , please send us email write the problem of phones clearly or take the picture of phones, so that we can  solve the problem soon .

(Please usd the normal post or registered mail to send back the broken products,because we will have problem with EMS,UPS,DHL,TNT, if the package detained by customs or any tax need to pay , we can not take responsibility)

1.Replacement . you can send the product back for a replacement , upon arrival of your product at our facility, we will confirm the DOA and then process replacement if applicable.

2. Refund.
If the product is being sent back for a refund, please return it in the original box with full accessories. Any accessories missing will be deducted from the total amount paid. We will wait upon the arrival of the product ,evaluation the condition of products ,then refunding the purchase. You are responsible for the shipping cost when shipping the product back to us.

3.Is there any warranty?

Yes, there is 12 months on all repairs 7 days Returned.

4.How long does it take to ship to my country and which shipping methods are available?

It usually takes 3-7 business days to ship to any country. We use UPS, DHL, EMS etc to ship our  phones. We will advise you the method 
of shipping,because we know which shipping company has much better customs clearance and best delivery times for your
 specific country.

5.How can I track my package, do I get a tracking number? 
 
After sending the goods,we will inform our customer tracking number on the same day.please note that the express bill 
information will not be 
display at once,it will be usually available the next day.You can visit your local shipment tracking website in 12-24 hour.
